TRAINING IN POLITICS SELECTION OP LEADERS LONDON, Aug. 3. The Italian Fascist Par-ty will open a “political preparation centre” in October, jn which outstanding young Fascists will be trained to become militia officers or party executives. Candidates must have completed their military service, and must prove that they belong to the party’s physical and mental elite, first by strict medical examination. Then they must write a political thesis.
-ri .e curriculum includes a detailed study of Fascist organisation, ideals and legislation, racial and military theories, history, languages, economics and geography.
Bursaries will be provided if the candidates are poor.
