Within a few days the Union Airways Lockheed Eieclra air-liner, Kahu, which was damaged when landing at New Plymouth airport on July 23, will be flown from there to Milsom aerodrome Palmerston North, where it will be completely overhauled in the company’s workshops. Permission to make the flight has been granted by the Controller of Civil Aviation, Group-Captain T. M. Wilkes.
