CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES SEMI-FINALS REACHED (Herald Corrosjiondent.) The following are the results in the championships played lately on the Patutahi golf course:— Ladies.—Miss McDiarmid d. Mrs. M. Hogan; Mrs. J. 'Hogan d. Mrs. M. Angland; Mi's. McNaughton d. Mrs. Sirl; Miss V. Benson won from Mrs. Burland by default. Men. —T. Here d. Les. Smith; T. Atcheson d. J. Hogan; J. Edwards d. J. Atkins; G. Dods won from C. Burland by default. The draw for the semi-finals is as ; follows: —Ladies Miss McDairmid i plays Mrs. J. Hogan; Miss V. Benson plays Mrs. McNaughton. Men—T. Atcheson plays T. Pere; J. Edwards plays G. Dods. Alfa Laval Trophy The following are the results cf play in the Alfa Laval Trophy matches: — Ladies. —Mrs. Atcheson d. Mrs. Dods; Mrs. Smith d. Miss Campbell; Mrs. Monteith won from Mrs. Scammeli by default; Mrs. Atkins won from Miss Mills by default. Men. —F. Smith d. R. Bull; A. Broadhurst d. H. Collett; L. Grey d. F. Habgood; A. Waddell d. B. Jackson.

The following is the draw in the semi-finals: —Ladies —Mrs. Atcheson plays Mrs. Monteith; Mrs. Atkins plays Mrs. Smith. Men—F. Smith plays A Broadhurst, L. Grey plays A. Waddell. General Competitions In the semi-finals of the McKeague Cup, Miss McDairmid won from Mrs. Sefton by default: Mrs. M. Hogan d. Mrs. Cusack. In the semi-finals of the Te Kani Pere Cup, J. Atkins d. A. Broadhurst; Forsman d. H. White. In the final of the Te Kani Pere Cup, played over 27 holes, J. Atkins beat Forsman, 3 and 2. A medal round will be played this week-end for members not in the above competitions, players to arrange their own partners. The annual golf ball will be held at an early date, which will be advertised.
