SCHOOL FRIENDLY GAMES TE KANAKA AND FIJIIA (Herald Correspondent.) On Monday afternoon two basketball and two football teams representing Pttha School visited To Karaka to play friendly matches with pupils of the primary department of the To Karaka District High School. Transport was provided by Puha residents, who, together with the players, were entertained at afternoon tea in the school grounds. The basketball games were fairly even, despite the fact that the final; scores were:—A. teams: To Karaka 12, Puha 5. B teams: To. Karaka 12, Puha nil. Puha A team included: Mary Campbell, captain, Annie Wilson, Daisy Puia, Barbara Dymock, Olive Peach, Margaret Mulholland, Betty Baylev, Dorothy Thompson, and Azalea Edmonds.
