Aug. 10, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 9 The Warsaw correspondent of the Daily Express says that a sensation vvas caused when the Politika Gospodarcza, official organ of the Polish heavy industry, revealed that "in the event of war with Germany,. Poland will receive massive arms deliveries from Russia." It added that on a declaration of war Russia would send all the necessary steel supplies for the Polish war industries, bombing and fighting planes, tanks, armoured cars and heavy and light artillery.
