Owing to Mr. W. Greggan retiring from the position of green superintendent, it was> resolved, on -the motion of Mr.' Keane, to place on record 1 the club's appreciation, of the service rendered by "'■ Mr.. Greggan over a period l of 'years. Members expressed .their, appreciation 'also of the help " extended"" 'by ' lady ' members throughout the season and hoped l that the coming slimmer would be equally successful." •'-' ' It was decided to have a general working bee on Saturday, August 12, to top-dress, the greens and repair seats.
