(Reed. Aug. 7, 9 a,m.) LE ZOUTE (Belgium), Aug. 5. In the final of the Belgian amateur golf championship the Victorian, Bail lieu, defeated W. Storms- six up and five, the latter missing four- short putts in. the second round. King Leopold, who was beaten in the -second round, presented the cup to the winner.
