HOPE TO SALVAGE THETIS
ATTITUDE OF ADMIRALTY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. R'U'GIBY, Aug. 3. Answering a question in the House if Lords yesterday, the First Lord of the Admiralty, Earl Stanhope, stated that it was intended to proceed with the salvage of the submarine Thetis, and he saw no reason why the salvage should not be successful..
