DENIAL OF STATEMENT
BRITISH WHEAT PURCHASE STORAGE IN CANADA (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 3. A denial was given in the House of Commons yesterday to ,a recent press report that the Government had decided to purchase up to 50,000.000 bushels of wheat for storage in Canada. It was stated that there was no foundation for the statement.
