PARALYSIS HOSPITAL (Reed. August 3, 2.20 p.m.) LONDON, August 3. Following a talk with President Roosevelt, the Scottish millionaire, Sir Alexander Mac Lean, who spent his youth in New Zealand, is giving £IOO,OOO to construct a hospital in England for the treatment of infantile paralysis.
