Petties’ lounge. Those in attendance will include, it is hoped, Mrs. James Begg and D.r. Helen Deem, national president of the society and' medicaL adviser respectively. Two sessions will be held, during the morning andi afternoon, and these will be followed by an informal gathering at the home of a Gisborne member of the society. There arc no ■isgU.es of acute importance or contentious character to be dealt with by the conference, but the proceedings should be of the utmost interest to all who appreciate the importance of the general work which the New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children is doing.
