A split has occurred in Inc New Zealand Manufacturers’ Federation, the Wellington Manufacturers’ Association having withdrawn As The president of the New Zealand Federation, Mr. H. B. Duckworth, of Christchurch, was interviewed by telephone last night. He said that he had nothing to say at present as the resignation of the Wellington association had not been officially accepted. It had been tendered at a meeting of the council in Wellington yesterday, and had been held over for consideration at a further meeting of the council, the dale of which had not been decided.
