When his attention was called in the House of Commons yesterday to .a suggestion that in the event ot war a temporary settlement might be founded in Canada tor people evacuated from the danger areas, such as infirm people and others and children, the Dominions Secretary, Sir Thomas Inskip, said lie feared the difficulties in the way of such a scheme would be insuperable.
