NO SUCCESS IN SEARCH
MISSING N.Z. MAN KATOOMPA MOUNTAIXS (Reed. August 3, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 3. Thirty .searchers, aided by many police and also police dogs, yesterday combed a large area of precipitous mountain country near Katoomba for Mr. A. Levy, aged 33 years, a visitor from Wellington, New Zealand, who has been missing since Monday morning, but no trace was found.
Rain, sleet and snow are hampering the members of the search party, who express the opinion that it is almost impossible that Mr. Levy could exist in such conditions.
