PRIVATE DUTCH SCHEME
JEWISH EMIGRES TO ITALY (Reed. Julv 29, 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. The Rome correspondent of The Times says that the Jewish emigres were -admitted to Italy under a purely private Dutch -scheme with which the Italian and l German- Governments are not connected.
