The report, of itihe British Ambassador, Sir William Seeds, on his lastmeeting' at Moscow with, the Soviet Foreign Minister, M. Molotov, is being examined in London. The Times says that Anglo-French declarations- are expected on Monday emphasising the desire of Britain, France and Russia- for a defensive pact and- announcing the formal composition of military, naval and air missions. The -Havas- News- Agency states- that it i-s reliably reported that a French military mission will go to Moscow shortly. Political and staff conversations will proceed simultaneously.
