BRITAIN AND AMERICA NO PRIOR CONSULTATIONS (Reed. July 29, 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 28. . Tile Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, disclosed that the United States has exchanged information on the situation with Britain and France since the abrogation of the treaty with Japan, but there was no consultation* before and the subsequent conversations constituted merely the usual exchange on situations of this kind.
