ARRESTED IN MOSCOW

SIR EVELYN WRENCH CHARGE NOT PRESSED (Reed. July 29, 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 28. The Moscow representative of The Times says that Sir Evelyn Wrench, vice-president and founder of the Overseas League, and Lady Wrench were arrested and charged with photographing the Lenin historical museum although such is not forbidden. The charge was dropped without an apology. The incident is typical of the intense suspicion of foreigners.
