NEW LANDING MADE
HONG KONG HEARS GUNS CHUNG SHAN INVASION (Reed. July 29, 9 a.m.) HONG KONG, July 28. Residents of Hong Kong to-day heard a terriffic warship bombardment preceding a landing by Japanese on the farther side of the Pearl River delta, GO miles distant, in a new effort to invade the Chungshan district. Marines landed and penetrated to Fuyungshan and Wangchiawai and are approaching Sheklci.
