EARLY APPLICATION (Reed. July 28, 9 a.m.) LOS ANGELES, July 2G. The president of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Beebe, has disclosed that the Pan American Airways corporation is filing an application immediately with the civil aeronautical authorities at Washington to inaugurate a passenger, mail and freight routd between Los Angeles, New Zealand and the South Seas, the route -being to Honolulu Canton, Noumea and Auckland.
