BRITISH ARMY UNITS SUGGESTION IN PARIS (Reed. July 28, 3 p.m.) PARIS, July 27. M. Ebaugitte, the chairman of jhe Chamber of Deputies Army Committee suggests fhat British troops should exercise, in France, particularly on the Maginot Line. He points out that France’s new defences have created an armaments system with which Britain is not acquainted. It, therefore, is necessary, lie says, that the British should familiarise themselves with the fortifications which an expeditionary force would man.
