A decision to protest to the Minister of Health, the Hon. P. Fraser, against the increased levies imposed upon local authorities by the Waikato Hospital Board, despite its anticipated favourable position as a result of the revenue which it will receive from the Social Security Fund, has been reached by the Rotorua Borough Council.
