STRIPPED OF AWARDS
OFFICIALS AT WARSAW (Reed. July 28. 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, July 27. Tihe correspondent of the Associated Press of Britain at Moscow reports that 75 highly-placed Soviet officials, including several high army officers, have been stripped of .their decorations. The Moscow representative of the Associated Press reports that those ■degraded include an cx-Naval attache in Washington and prominent political figures.
