BRITISH SERVICE START DURING AUGUST (Independent Cable Service.) (Reed. July 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 27. It is announced that a weekly British trans-Atlantic -air mail service -is- starting on August 5, via Southampton, Botwood, Montreal and New York. The letters reach their destination in 24 hours.
