REQUEST TO EXECUTIVE (Por Press Association.) WANGANUI, last night. The Wanganui Public Service Association decided at a meeting to make an emphatic and unanimous protest against the newly-prescribed efficiency .tests. Resolutions are to be forwarded to the executive with the request that if the commissioner refuses to repeal the regulations, the executive take up the matter direct with the Government. Methods of combating the regulation® in the event of them not being repealed were discussed and action was deferred pending their consideration by the executive council at Wellington.
