TALKS AT TOKIO
QUESTIONS OF PROCEDURE (British Official Wireless.) Rccd. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, July 20. Referring in. the House of Commons to-day to the Anglo-Japanese negotiations, 'the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, said that the meetings in Tokio so far had dealt only with questions of procedure and fact finding.
