LONDON PRESS CRITICAL DISCLOSURE OF SOURCE (Reed. July 20. 10 a'.m.) LONDON, July 25. The News-Chronicle, in an editorial, says that the peace loan offer to Germany did a grave disservice to. the cause of peace, especially as the Parliamentary Secretary for Overseas Trade, Mr. R. S.
