COW-BYRE ROOF FALLS
COLLAPSE UNDER SNOW HERD CAUGHT BENEATH (Por Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. Escaping serious injury toy staying late in 'bed, a farmer at Brochyvule found his herd kr'apped toy the collapse under snow of the 700 square foot roof of the cow-byre. Of the 24 cow's, only one was standing, the rest lying at all angle:, cut and I’oruised, while, in one cornet, was a calf born at the height of the storm. Members of the local ski eluo trekked to the scene to assist the farmer.
