CLOTHING TRADE DISPUTE
CONCILIATION HEARING (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Conciliation Council met today in the clothing trade dispute in the Northern. Wellington., Canterbury, Otago and Southland districts/ The employers have put forward the existing award as their counterproposals, with a 40-hour, five-day week, eight statutory holidays and a week’s annual leave on full pay.
