BRITISH AND GERMAN PRESS MAY BE TSED (Reed. July 25, 12.20 p.m.) BERLIN, July 24. It is semi-officially stated that Lord Kemsley is visiting Berlin at the invitation of the Reich press chief, Dr. Dietrich, to discuss an exchange of articles giving the respective British and German viewpoints.
