WRECKING OF PARLIAMENT SURVEY PLAN FOUND DUMPS AND AERODROMES (Elec. Tel. Copyright— United Press Assn.) (Reed. July 25, 'Noon.) LONDON, July 24. In the House of Commons, the Htome Secretary, Sir Samuel Hoare, moving the second reading of the Prevention of Violence Bill, said to-day that all the Irish Republican Army outrages since January were based on the S plan found by the police in February. This showed that the Irish Republican Army had surveyed -munition dumps and aerodromes and had been engaged in a plan to blow up Parliament. The campaign was being stimulated ’by foreign organisations.
