LE IIAViRE. June 13. Emil Ludwig, the former German author noted for his biographical studies, arrived by tbe Normandie today, He announced .that he would publish a book next autumn on the British Abdication crisis. “It will show the Duke and Duchess of Windsor in an entirely new light,” he said. "I feel sure they will both be back in England by 1941.”
