CAPETOWN, June 2. The Rand Daily Mail last night reported that (he South African Government was planning to call a conference of representatives of the four Provincial Councils to discuss means of applying Lord Nuffield’s £IOO,OOO gift for orthopaedic work among cripples in South Africa.
