DRAWING- BONDS CLOSER ENVOYS TO NAZI WALLY TOKIO, July 14. General Count Tcrauchi and Admiral Baron Osumi have accepted Herr Hitler’s invitation to attend the Nazi Party’s rally at Nuremberg in September. They will be accompanied by five Japanese Army. Navy and Air Force officers. The party will leave Kobe in the liner Kashima Maru on July 20, and are due to land at. Naples on August 2(5. Before they leave they will visit the Momoyama mausoleum, where the remains of the Emperor Meiji are entombed, to report their mission. Botli Count Tcrauchi and Baron Osumi have said that their mission will be to draw still closer the bonds uniting Japan with Germany and Italy. overwhelmingly defeated, after which the Rising Sun of Japan would be eclipsed as surely ns night followed day. It is anticipated that the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, will be able to make a statement in the House of Commons early next week on the Anglo-Japanese negotiations.
