Sir, —With a correction of one m my previous figures, the number cf adjudications in bankruptcy for the months of January, February, March, April. May and June, 1935, under National rule, were 15. 20, 26, 16, 25 and 18 respectively in all 120. For the same months of 1939 under Labour rule they were 23. 24, 23, 20. 20 and 27, in all 147.
