Cooksley.Hutt Valley, presided. Mr. W. W. K. Dallas, Director of Horticulture, gave an assurance ol’ the co-operation of his department. Officers were elected as follow: —■ President, Mr. B. V. Cooksley; vicepresidents, Messrs. A. Bloxham, 'Christchurch; A. A. Currey, Auckland: A. E. Brough, Nelson; directors, Messrs. A. Bloxham, H. Empson, Auckland; A. B. Inglis, Nelson; F. Ferretti, Hutt Valley: E. Searrott, Bay View; J. J. Ilume, Manawatu; A. C. Tucker, Wanganui; F. M. Wright, Outram; R. DennLston, Pukekohe; J. C. McDowall, New Plymouth; C. R. Reader, Otahuhu.
