MR. \Y. J. SIM APPOINTED (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Letters patent entitling Mr. W. J. Sim, of Christchurch, to practise as King’s Counsel have been signed by Sir Michael Myers, as administrator of New Zealand in the absence of the Governor-General.
