MATCH AT MATAWAI MOT! ' TRAM SEEE< TEl> (i Ic.r.'iM ( 'oncsjiomlciil.) A great deal of interest is being taken in the football match to be played >.i Matawai on Saturday between the Poverty Bay Colts and a representative team from the Motu sub-union.
The following players have been selected to play for Motu: J. Thompson. G. Me Pike. S. McTavish. J. Peddle, P. Moore, W. Lister. J. Sargisson. D. Dcole. Ruru. D. Riciiardson. D. Smart C. Whitehead. H. Barty, E. Donaldson and L. Castles; emergencies, forwards. R. Russel! and G. Mazcngar-b: backs. J. Whitehead rv.d F. Donnelly.
A match played in Motu between teams from Motuhora and Motu schools recently resulted in an easy victory for Motuhora. A return match is to be played shortly, when a basketball match also will be played by the senior girls.
