50 PERSONS PERISH (Reed. July 19. 1.30 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, July 18. Fifty persons were killed and 100 injured when the San Francisco River, swollen by rains from the mountains, overflowed and swept the poorer sections of the city of Puebla.
