BARRIER AGAINST SPIES
BRITAIN, U.S. AND FRANCE (Independent Cable Service.) (Reed. July 18, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 17. The Daily Express says that Britain, France, and America will cooperate in building an impregnable barrier against Nazi spy propaganda activities. Dossiers regarding suspect Nazi agents will be exchanged.
