EXTENSIVE “BLACKOUT” ENGLAND AND WALES (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, July 13. From midnight to-night until 4 a.m. the Royal Air Force is carrying out exercises and there is a “black-out” over a big area of England, including Yorkshire and the Midlands and also parts' of Wales.
