KEEN BEER, AUCTION

Almost 1000 botties of confiscated liquor, together with nine bicycles, a number of engagement rings, watches and other articles, were offered at auction by the Police Department in Hamilton. The offering of beer in five-gallon lots met with keen competition and a total clearance was effected. Bidding was also animated for the sale of the other articles.
