INTOXICATION IN TRUCK LICENSE CANCELLED (Pur Pross Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Arrested by a traffic inspectoi at a citv intersection yesterday afternoon,' Svdney Herbert Boatman, aged 44. Dleadcd guilty in the Police Court to-day, to being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor truck. The police said the truck took a wide sweep when turning and collided with another vehicle in a line of .traffic. A doctor had certified the defendant was intoxicated. He haa no license to drive.

Mr. J. Molding, S.M., sentenced Boatman to 14 days' imprisonment and prohibited him from driving for three years. He was convicted and discharged for driving without a license.
