DAY’S FURTHER DELAY STATEMENT AWAITED (Reed. July 13, noon.) LONDON, July 12. Following discussions with Government -officials and- the Governor of the Bank of England- yesterday, the New Zealand Minister of Finance, Mr. W. Nash, has further postponed his departure .for New Zealand. It is stated, that Mr. Nash is leaving to-morow evening and he will issue a statement this evening.
