Mitchell Hepburn, announced to-day that'the Ontario Cabinet had eg proved of a suggestion that a haven be organised in Canada for English children in the event of war. Under the scheme thousands of Canadians would take ns many as possible into their homes for the duration of the conflict under pledges to the parents. If a sufficient number were available the Ontario Government would establish children's homes.
