DOMESTIC CONCERN ATTITUDE OF DIM TAIN (British Olliciul Wireless.) Reed. 3 a.m. RUGBY, July 11. The Under-secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. R. A. Butler, was asked in the House of Commons yesterday whether any approach had been made to Rumania lo add to the stability in eastern Europe and Rumania’s own security by ceding • southern Dobruja to Bulgaria and by the exchange of suitable minorities. He replied: "No. 1 would refer the hon member to the answer which Mr. Chamberlain gave on May 1 in which he stated that Britain, while attaching the greatest importance to the principle of Balkan unity, considered these questions must be primarily settled .by negotiation? between the countries concerned.”
