USE OF BARRY PARK
THREE APPLICATIONS |,EA< H E CODE, sruGESTED Applications for the use of Barry Park have been made to the Gisborne Borough Council on behalf of football. hockey and cricket, according' to a statement made at a meeting of the Borough Council last night. The Mayor. Mr. D. \V. Coleman. M.P.. made the statement in reply to a question by Cr. E. Harris, but stated that none of the applications had been considered yet. Cr. Harris said he made the inquiry because he understood that an attempt was being made to establish League football in Gisborne.
