BRITISH MEMBER ARRIVES EX-ADMIRALTY OFFICIAL (Pur Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. 0. M. Bruce, C. 8., 0.8. E., formerly assistant secretary to the admiralty, London, who retired about three and a half years ago, arrived to-day by the Awatea to take pari in the inquiry into the conditions in tiie New Zealand navy. lie Hew out to Australia by a Dutch airliner, caught the Awatea and was only 12 days altogether on the way.
