PACT BEING PREPARED CO -OP EK ATI ON I? LA NN ED (Reed. July 10, 11.15 a.m.) ‘ANKARA, July 9. The Turkish Foreign Minister, M. Sarajoglu, told Parliament that a treaty was being prepared providing for Turkish -and British co-operation in all spheres. Details of a long-term agreement including France were also being formulated. He added that Turkey was resolved to continue normal relations with ali States, including Italy and Germany. Friendship with .the Soviet would be preserved with all its initial warmth.
