ITALIAN MINISTER WELDING SOLIDARITY (Reed. .Julv 10. 11.15 a.m.) ROME, July 9. To discuss economic, political and military relations, the Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciano. left today for Spain aboard a cruiser. lie is meeting General Franco on Wednesday. Tic said that the visit was a con'mma'lion of the Italian and Spanish solidarity sentiments exemplified during the civil war. Italy wanted a strong united Spain and the latter knew she could always depend on the support of Italy.
